The premium box has a shipping label attached directly to it with the tracking number I was sent in the shipping confirmation. The shipping confirmation says it is for both boxes.ġ0/17/19: I receive 1 mystery box (the premium) in the mail, but no deluxe box. Like later that day or next, I get a shipping confirmation. I received an email that said my order had begun processing. I didn’t have any issues at checkout and got a confirmation for my order. I ordered 1 premium and 1 deluxe box from JS Cosmetics on the day they were released (). I’ve also had issues with the USPS losing items in the past, so I’m also wary of mail delivery consistency. Shipments came quickly and were accurate. To preface, I have ordered from JS Cosmetics previously and never experienced a problem. Long Version: I ordered two mystery boxes from Jeffree Star Cosmetics on October 11, 2019, and it has turned into a saga. If you ordered anything from Jeffree Star Cosmetics, received a shipping confirmation, but never received the shipment, only to be told by JS Cosmetics that it was lost in the mail, contact the USPS. Meanwhile, they are asking customers to submit claims to USPS for priority insurance coverage and essentially committing mail fraud. Short version: Jeffree Star Cosmetics oversold their mystery boxes, create shipping labels for boxes that are never sent and refusing to refund money to customers.
